I did follow this tip,but when i restart the X ,I find i can only use English! fuck!

I did follow this tip,but when i restart the X ,I find i can only use English! And did follow with http://bbs.chinaunix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2457303#2457303  ,the system would shopped after the end step was done.
