邮件案例一，反向解析问题

Q:最近我们不少客户投诉发送邮件失败，有部分退信信息如下：
> 550-It appears that the DNS operator for tpc.net.cn
> 550-has installed an invalid MX record with an IP address
> 550-instead of a domain name on the right hand side.
> 550 Sender verify failed
很明显，这是反向解析问题。但是我在不同的地方用另外的ip地址段地址发送，就可以发送成功，实在是奇怪，而这些地址同样没有做反向。

还有部分退信信息如下:

这个我查了一下，好像说是本身mail server的dns resolve.conf里列出的dns找不到mx记录，不知是不是。明天到现场看看。

A:若你的 MX 設了 IP, 那就改為 FQDN.

例如, 將
@ IN MX 1.2.3.4
改為:
@ IN MX mail
mail IN A 1.2.3.4
