htpasswd文件如何生成的

浏览某些网页时设置些权限，要求输入用户名和密码。

书上介绍：
cd /home/httpd/support
make
可生成htpasswd
但我执行make后提示no target to make

 什么原因呢？

利用Apache附带的程序htpasswd，生成包含用户名和密码的文本文件，每行内容格式为“用户名:密码”。  #htpasswd -bc ../members.txt user1 1234  #htpasswd -b ../members.txt user2 5678
