如何看veritas volume manager的版本

该命令一般在/opt/VRTSvmsa/bin下，
使用find命令搜索一下也可以的

在solaris系统中，查看一个软件的详细信息通过显示包的内容，标准命令是pkginfo，但要注意，Volume Manager版本变化时包的名字有改变：

#pkginfo -l VRTSvxvm  -----> ( VXVM 3.x and above)
#pkginfo -l SUNWvxvm -----> ( before 3.x)

for example:

# pkginfo -l VRTSvxvm
   PKGINST:  VRTSvxvm
      NAME:  VERITAS Volume Manager, Binaries
  CATEGORY:  system
      ARCH:  sparc
   VERSION:  3.2,REV=03.09.2002.11.43
   BASEDIR:  /
    VENDOR:  VERITAS Software
      DESC:  Virtual Disk Subsystem
    PSTAMP:  VERITAS-3.2s9_b:08-March-2002
  INSTDATE:  Mar 05 2003 11:38
   HOTLINE:  800-342-0652
     EMAIL:  support@veritas.com
    STATUS:  completely installed
     FILES:      485 installed pathnames
                  16 shared pathnames
                   8 linked files
                  57 directories
                 308 executables
                   1 setuid/setgid executables
              133481 blocks used (approx)

这个例子中显示的版本是3.2。

另外有一个问题请教一下，2.6和3.2这两个版本是否所属公司不同呀？一个是sun，一个是veritas。
