1．发现问题――经过QE人员的自我判断提交一个新
php?name=Bug">Bug。此时Bug处于New状态。
2．一部分Bug，在QE人员再次复查后，出现如下情形：Not Bug，Duplication和Not Reproducible， 则将该Bug关闭。此时Bug处于Closed / Not Bug，Closed / Duplication或者Closed / Not Reproducible状态。
3．一部分Bug，在QE人员再次复查时，发现根据Bug的内容无法准确理解或者复显等问题，则将该Bug置为Need More Information状态。此时Bug处于Need More Information状态。
4．处于Need More Information状态的Bug，
测试人员在对他进行复检时，发现如下情况：Duplication，Not Bug和Not Reproducible。则关闭该Bug。此时Bug处于Closed / Not Bug，Closed / Duplication或者Closed / Not Reproducible状态。
5．其他一部分处于Need More Information状态的Bug，在测试人员添加了必要的信息后，置为Open状态。此时Bug处于Open / More information added 状态。
6．一部分Bug，在QE人员复查后，置为Open状态。此时Bug处于Open / Reproduced状态。
7．处于Open状态的Bug，在
开发人员需要更多的信息时，将其置为Need More Information状态。此时Bug处于Need More Information状态。
8．在测试人员添加了必要的信息后，置为Open状态。此时Bug处于Open / More information added 状态。
9．测试人员再次复查时，出现如下情形：Not Bug，Duplication和Not Reproducible， 则将该Bug关闭。此时Bug处于Closed / Not Bug，Closed / Duplication或者Closed / Not Reproducible状态。
10．开发人员对Bug进行处理后，将其置为Pending状态。此时的Bug处于：Pending / Duplication，Pending / Not Reproducible，Pending / No Plan to Fix，Pending / Third Party
Software，Pending / User Misunderstand，Pending / Not Bug，Pending / Software Limitation，Pending / Unsupported Configuration ，Pending / Fixed ，Pending / Deferred，Pending / Enhancement等状态之一。
11．测试人员对开发人员的处理意见不同意时，将Bug置为Open状态，并注明原因。此时Bug处于Open / Reopen状态。或者该Bug的修复
失败了，则置为Open状态。此时Bug处于Open / Fixed Failed状态。
12．测试人员对处于Pending状态的Bug，除了Fixed，Deferred和Enhancement等情况外。经过验证后置为Closed状态。此时的Bug处于Closed / Duplication，Closed / Not Reproducible，Closed / No Plan to Fix，Closed / Third Party Software，Closed / User Misunderstand，Closed / Not Bug，Closed / Software Limitation或Closed / Unsupported Configuration等状态之一。
13．测试人员对处于Pending状态的Bug，经过验证后，将其置为Resolved状态。此时Bug处于Resolve / Fixed，Resolve / Deferred或Resolve / Enhancement状态之一。
14．对于处于Resolve / Deferred状态的问题，在新的版本中将其置为Open状态。其状态为Open / Reopen。
